We accept returns for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase of an item or system. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and responsible for thoroughly packing an item or system for return shipment, or hiring a professional to do so. Partial refunds may apply if an item or system is damaged due to improperly packed returns.
